A Century of Stewardship Made Practical

Turning conviction into organized, measurable, enduring action.

In 1919, a 29-year-old Scottish Rite Mason named Frank Sherman Land answered a widowed mother’s call and founded the Order of DeMolay.  Job’s Daughters and Rainbow for Girls soon followed. Each are built on the same moral architecture: Reverence for God, love of country, respect for parents, and leadership through service. Faith without division, reverence without oppression and unity without uniformity are guideposts of our youth.

A century later, the Scottish Rite carries that work forward through its newly established Masonic Youth Committee. This Engagement Guide is its most tangible expression — not inspiration alone, but structure: a unified, values-based framework that Valleys can actually put to work. It answers a single question every generation must face — how do we become better stewards of what has been entrusted to us?
Our youth are not a future project.
They are a present responsibility.— The Three-Tiered Approach: Vision · Mission · Purpose

Three Parts — One Foundation

The Presentation and the Script highlight the Guidebook’s message — but the strategy and substance behind them live in the Guidebook alone. They can move a room for an hour; only Part One can equip a Lodge, Valley or Chapter for a generation.

Slides can inspire a room — only the Guidebook can
build the program that outlasts the evening.— On the Complete Kit
