DeMolay International
Preparing young men to lead successful, happy and productive lives — a century of leadership, worldwide.
DeMolay International prepares young men to lead successful, happy and productive lives by developing civic awareness, personal responsibility and leadership skill. The LIGHT Foundation supports its core values and invests in leadership development, continuing education and community-forward programs.
How We Help
At the international level our support has gone toward the fraternity’s centennial and its national youth development. We underwrote Masonic youth development nationally, helped fund and dedicate the DeMolay Centennial Courtyard, and travelled to Alexandria, Virginia to help mark a century of DeMolay leadership. Most recently we supported the 2026 Supreme Council Session.
Closer to home, that same commitment runs through Missouri DeMolay — state conclaves, the University of DeMolay leadership camps and chapter service projects — and through the University Leadership & Service Clubs we developed to carry DeMolay’s model onto college campuses.
